Ingredients:
- ½ frozen banana, chopped into chunks
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 scoop (25 grams) vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons- ¼ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (I use almond milk)
- 1 teaspoon almond butter or peanut butter
- ¼ of banana, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh berries (I used strawberries and blueberries)
- 1 Tablespoon granola
- 1 teaspoon almond butter or peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds {
Instructions:
- Blend all of the smoothie ingredients together in a high powdered blender until smooth. Start with 2 Tablespoons of milk and add more if needed to get your desired consistency.
- Pour into a bowl and top with toppings.
- Enjoy immediately.
