Ingredients:

  • ½ frozen banana, chopped into chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 scoop (25 grams) vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 2 Tablespoons- ¼ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (I use almond milk)
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter or peanut butter
  • ¼ of banana, sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh berries (I used strawberries and blueberries)
  • 1 Tablespoon granola
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • {

Instructions:

  1. Blend all of the smoothie ingredients together in a high powdered blender until smooth. Start with 2 Tablespoons of milk and add more if needed to get your desired consistency.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with toppings.
  3. Enjoy immediately.
