Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder (plant-based or whey)
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup almond milk (or soy milk)
  • 1 medium banana (frozen)
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Blend the protein powder, cocoa powder, and milk together.
  2. Add the frozen banana and ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
