Ingredients:

- 1 cup peaches, sliced (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup almond milk (unsweetened, or milk of choice)
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup or agave syrup (optional))
- 1 cup ice (if using fresh fruit) (optional)
Instructions:
- LAYER: Add almond milk, yogurt, honey, strawberries, and peaches to a blender.
- BLEND: Start on low, then increase to high speed. Blend until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
- ADJUST: For a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again. For thinner consistency, add more liquid.
- SERVE: Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh fruit slices if desired. Enjoy!
