Ingredients:

  • 1-1 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1-2 large bananas (cut into chunks (frozen or fresh))
  • 1/4 pineapple (cubed (frozen or fresh))
  • 1 cup pineapple juice (or apple juice)

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy cold!
