Ingredients:

  • 2 cups peeled and sliced peaches, cold
  • 1 cup chopped mangoes, cold
  • ½ cup mango nectar, cold
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or honey (optional)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • {

Instructions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and purée until completely smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy cold.
  2. Note: If you’re using frozen fruit and don’t have a powerful blender, let the fruit thaw before blending; just be sure it’s still cold to keep that thick, creamy texture.
