Ingredients:
- 2 cups peeled and sliced peaches, cold
- 1 cup chopped mangoes, cold
- ½ cup mango nectar, cold
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon sugar or honey (optional)
- 4 ice cubes {
Instructions:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and purée until completely smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy cold.
- Note: If you’re using frozen fruit and don’t have a powerful blender, let the fruit thaw before blending; just be sure it’s still cold to keep that thick, creamy texture.
