Ingredients:
- 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 tsps Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Almond Butter
- 3 peaches, cubed OR 1 15oz can Peaches Chunks
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup OR Agave Nectar OR Honey
- 2 1/2 cup Almond Milk (or any milk you like)
- Pinch of salt, optional {
Instructions:
- Microwave almond butter for 30 seconds. (If using canned peach chunks, drain off any syrup)
- Add oats, cinnamon, almond butter, cubed peaches or peach chunks, maple syrup, and almond milk to a large bowl. Stir and refrigerate for at least 8 hours/overnight. OR divide into containers and refrigerate for 8 hours/overnight.
- When ready to eat, top with yogurt, nuts, and fruit of your choice!
